National Margarita Day 2/22/08 - How great is that?

Who knew?!?! A day for a drink? Anyway, check out this intriguing factoid: "In a recent survey by Tequila Don Julio, the majority of margarita sippers questioned favor the lime flavor, with strawberry coming in a distant second. It's a closer race when sippers were asked whether they wanted their margaritas frozen (51.4 percent) or on the rocks (48.6 percent)." Ah those many happy Friday evenings at Chevy's, sipping a nice top shelf. Rocks, NO salt! Because hey, there's plenty in the chips and salsa! For more margarita fun, take the "What kind of margarita are you?" quiz. C'mon . . . just do it!

I'm blueberry -- who ever heard of that?

You Are a Lemon Margarita
Sour, tangy, and overpowering, you tend to give people a jolt back into reality.
While you don't sugar coat things, you're honest - which is actually quite refreshing.

You are a Lime Margarita
Realistic and grounded, you have the energy to tackle any obstacle that stands in your way.
Hyper and driven, you despise lazy behavior of all kinds... especially lazy drunks too tired to dance!

You Are a Strawberry Margarita
You're so sweet it's a little overwhelming, and people are a little afraid of corrupting you...
It's a little difficult to imagine you with a margarita. And you're truly a different person after you've kicked back a couple!

*People are afraid of corrupting me?? LOL

I'm with Jinjer, Strawberry... if it is difficult for people to imagine me with a margarita, then they are just brain-dead ;)

My personal preference is the lime with sangria swirl, though. mmmmmmm....

You Are an Orange Margarita
At first glance, you are very unique - but deep down you are still quite a traditionalist.
A margarita may be "too fancy" for you, but you'll never turn a free one down.

I don't see Jane as a Lemon Margarita and there is no way Jinjer is a Strawberry Margarita.

Lets all go back to Long Islands, they are easier :)

I am an Orange Margarita (which, BTW...I hate!)

I'd take a lime or strawberry margarita any day!
